Thank you for supporting Ozone House and the youth we serve. In-Kind donations help us stock our shelter and transitional housing, and help us provide individual basic needs support for each of our clients.

Prom Exchange - April 22nd and 24th

Ozone House invites the Ann Arbor and Ypsilanti communities to donate new and gently used formal wear and accessories to support our 2nd annual Prom Exchange! It's all happening April 22nd at the Drop-In Center in Ypsilanti and April 24th at Ozone House's main facility in Ann Arbor. 

We have a special need for:

• men's and women's formal wear
• plus size dresses
• shoes and accessories
• sturdy dress racks (loaned or donated)
• gift cards for accessories and tuxedo rentals

• Twin sheet sets & comforters
• Small portable stereos or CD player/radio for our bedrooms
• Book Sets & Journals
• Movies on DVD (no R rated please)
• Playstation games (rated E or T)
• Tickets to sporting events
• Gift Cards for movie rentals at Hollywood Video or Blockbuster
• Gift Cards for fun activities & outings:  movies, bowling, miniature golf, Planet Rock, ice skating
• Disposable cameras
• Sports equipment:  footballs, basketballs, soccer balls, jump rope, Hoola Hoops
• Sidewalk chalk
• Games:  Pictionary, Apples to Apples, SET, Cranium, Scattergories, Uno

Special needs for our Clients:

Gift Cards in small denominations to give clients the opportunity  to shop for personal and basic needs :  Briarwood, Target, Meijer, Walmart

• Winter Coats (in season)
• Hats, Mittens, Gloves and Scarves (in season)
• Hooded Sweatshirts in XL, XXL, and XXXL sizes  (Navy blue or black preferred)
• Sweatpants
• Undergarments:  boxers, plain white t-shirts, socks, and girls underwear

• Deodorant and Lotion
• Shaving Cream and Disposable Razors
• Brushes and Combs; Hair Accessories; African American Hair Products

Start-up Supplies for Independent Living Clients:

• Kitchen Supplies:  pots & pans, baking pans, oven mits, dish towels, kitchen plates and utensils, broom & dust pan, cleaning products
• Bathroom supplies:  towels, shower curtain & rings, rugs, soap dispensers, laundry basket & detergent
• Bedroom:  Twin sheet set, Twin comforter, radio and alarm clock, small bedside lamps
