Measured Outcomes:
Ozone House is dedicated to providing the highest quality and most effective services possible. Over the last seven years, we have developed a comprehensive evaluation that measures the outcomes of our efforts through follow-up surveys given to clients at least six months after leaving Ozone House. In those surveys, 100% of the youth we serve would refer a friend to Ozone House and felt the staff really understood their needs. More than 85% of the clients we served reported a safe and stable living situation; acknowledged that they learned new skills that were helpful in their daily lives; and verified that the problems that brought them to Ozone House had improved.
